Gwen Ifill has a book on Senator Obama scheduled to come out on January 20,2009. This is a financial gambit which would be a huge windfall if Obama wins POTUS.
This is clearly a shocking conflict of interest and a disgrace.

Dear Ms.Janet H. Brown, Executive Director of the Debates Commission,
Gwen Ifill must and should step-aside as moderator for Thursday Night's Debate.
The gross conflict of interest given the fact that she has staked financial interest in Barak Obama's winning POTUS alone makes it clear.
The Commission Should resign as well. Clearly the Presidential Debates are toxically tainted.
The shoddy vetting of Ms. Ifill is a disgrace.
